About Us

Growing up on the family farm here in Rio Grande, I was familiar with bee hives and the benefits honey bees bring to the produce. In 2007, I decided to get into beekeeping as a hobby. Soon, this hobby grew into a business.

The way honey was meant to be

Here at Golden Boy Honey, we believe honey is best consumed the way it comes from the hive. This is why our local honey will never be pasteurized or heated beyond a naturally occurring temperature. All we do is simply filter it as it comes out of the comb. Our honey is as pure and raw as you can get, straight from the hive.
